You will leave with some Self Care Tips to add to your Self Care Toolbox. \nAs the crystal bowls are played\, allow the vibrations to wash over you to help calm the mind\, relax the body and activate the body’s natural healing system. \nCome ready to unwind and let go of the stresses of the week. Be kind to yourself. You deserve time for You! \nThis in-person event will take place at Mount Sequoyah Center\, Inc. in Sequoyah Hall. \nSpace is limited\, so be sure to reserve your spot today! \nChairs are provided.
