Mission

About

Kaleidoscope Collective is an art‑retail shop and creative hub located in downtown Rogers, Arkansas at 109 W Walnut St. It was founded by a local designer and maker who wanted to provide a permanent space where artists could sell their work, connect with the community, and share their craft. Since its founding, the store has grown to feature creations from over 40 local artists, makers, and creatives from Northwest Arkansas, offering a wide variety of handmade goods including jewelry, ceramics, prints, apparel, paintings, paper goods, and textiles.

In addition to selling art, Kaleidoscope Collective hosts workshops, classes, and art‑making events such as metalsmithing, rug tufting, painting, and embroidery. These programs create opportunities for hands‑on learning and foster a collaborative creative environment. Over time, the collective has become a central cultural and community hub in Rogers, blending retail, education, and local artistry into a unique space for both artists and the public.

Meet the Founder

Ashlyn Dillard-Hansen

Designer • Creator • Maker

Born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ashlyn has always been drawn to the idea of creating a space where artists and makers can truly shine and grow. That dream became a reality in November 2022, thanks to a little nudge (okay, a big push!) from her best friend, who owns Dandy Roll, the shop right next door.

When her friend called to say the space was available, she told Ashlyn, “Get you sh*t together and make this happen!” So, she did—and Kaleidoscope was born. Ashlyn’s vision for Kaleidoscope is to foster a vibrant community where local artists, designers, and makers have a permanent, safe, and welcoming place to share and sell their work. It’s more than a weekend market but still approachable and accessible—an inspiring space for creatives and the community alike. Over this past year, Kaleidoscope has grown and blossomed into more than she could of imagined, more than just a retail space but a community. She can’t wait to see where Kaleidoscope goes from here!
