About
Metro District Comedy describes itself on Instagram as “NWA’s newest comedy collective. Est. 2023.”
They operate in and around Fayetteville, Arkansas, and have staged improv nights at venues such as Club 509 (at the back of a local kava bar) in downtown Fayetteville.
Their events are open to the public and seem to emphasize inclusivity and community participation — often inviting audience involvement, especially for improv‑style shows.
Because they are fairly new (since 2023), Metro District Comedy appears to focus mostly on grassroots, small‑venue comedy, catering to the local NWA community rather than large, commercial comedy production.
