Brooke Sneed began in the world of art education, equipping kids 5-10 years old with understanding and application of the elements of art and principles of design. She would paint or draw during school breaks, but with such limited time, finished projects years after beginning them.
After teaching, she drew inspiration and tips and tricks from artists on Instagram. One day noticing that a local muralist happened to be in her town, she enthusiastically asked to shadow her. The other artist graciously stuck a paintbrush in Brooke’s hand, and she finally believed that painting big is not as intimidating as it had seemed. She had a meek start painting windows around town to make connections and get a taste of the larger side of painting, but that quickly evolved into larger projects. Brooke considers a paintbrush in hand to be therapy more than work, so this job was immediately satisfying. 2023 provided an unforgettable beginning to her art career that is now only on track to excel with new projects and goals! She has painted in coffee shops, boutiques, clinics, schools, and more and is eager to work with hospitality industries, real estate developers, and interior designers to elevate the atmosphere of hotels, apartment complexes, short term rentals, etc.
