Expect a vibrant menu rooted in indigenous foodways, where meat is used thoughtfully as an accent rather than a centerpiece. We'll begin the evening with a traditional tea blend, setting the tone for a grounded and nourishing experience.
Enjoy a meal of bountiful plant-based dishes paired with grilled meats - like bison, turkey, or pheasant - sourced from tribal wild game on Osage Nation lands. Guests will enjoy dishes cooked over an open fire infused with plants from Apple Seeds' fresh summer harvest.
