Old time Waltz and Two-Step lessons taught by Joanie and Steve Green start at 7 pm. Steve Green and Abby Hollis will call Old Time Squares to the string band music of the White River Warblers. Partners are not required, and beginners are welcome. Event is $10.

about the many uses of their sourdough starter that dates from
1908. In this hands-on class participants will learn how starter can be
used to make bread, biscuits, crackers, crumpets, and chocolate cake.
You’ll leave with your own starter, a slice of bread, a biscuit, and the
knowledge to make bread – not just bring it home! “Come get a taste of
1908.” The $30 workshop fee includes materials and instruction.

mushrooms including Amanitas, Boletes, and Chanterelles. Our morning
presentation will be followed by a bring-your-own brown bag lunch break
and afternoon foray in the Ozark National Forest to observe and collect
mushrooms/fungi in their natural habitat. Then we’ll gather our finds,
head back to Ozark Folkways for a hands on identification workshop
followed by one of our ever popular tastings!
