Lake Fayetteville Exploration: Winter Solstice Wonderland

December 20 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Winter Solstice Wonderland Hike!

Step into the magic of winter and celebrate the shortest day of the year on this guided solstice adventure!

As the world quiets and nature settles in for the season, we’ll explore the frosty forest, learning to identify trees without their leaves, spot animal tracks and scat, and uncover the secrets of winter survival in the wild.

Feel the crisp air, listen to the hush of the season, and reflect on the Winter Solstice—a time of renewal, rest, and the promise of longer days ahead.

Join us for a magical, family-friendly hike as we embrace the beauty of the season and prepare to move back toward the light.
