THIS SATURDAY: Join us at 11:30am for a special concert performance and recital (free and open to the community). Over the past two months, Brett Ratliff had led a group of musicians in an 8 week workshop series: Old Time Stringband Ensemble. Participants learned old time songs, song structure, and how to play together as a band. They selected a name for their band (Crooked Creek String Band) and this Saturday they will step out and perform together for the community. Come cheer them on, learn more about upcoming old time music jams and workshops, and other upcoming community events at Folk School of Fayetteville.
