Take a trip back in time with Nena from Homegrown Native Foods to learn
about the many uses of their sourdough starter that dates from
1908. In this hands-on class participants will learn how starter can be
used to make bread, biscuits, crackers, crumpets, and chocolate cake.
You’ll leave with your own starter, a slice of bread, a biscuit, and the
knowledge to make bread – not just bring it home! “Come get a taste of
1908.” The $30 workshop fee includes materials and instruction.
