Join Dr. Adriana Stacey, a board-certified psychiatrist for a discussion of the book, “The Anxious Generation” by Jonathan Haidt. This program will focus on solutions for helping children from having a screen-based childhood.
Discussion will be centered on the book as well as solutions based on research regarding screen conflicts at home and school, using scientific data as the backbone of decision-making.
