Songwriters In The Round

March’s round will feature the talents of Rob McCormick (aka, some guy named Robb), Sally Roussin (Sally Jo Music), Mark Currey, and Ceci Allen!

Songwriters in the Round at Meteor is a monthly showcase of the regions’ many talented songwriters. Each month, 4 songwriters take turns sharing a song and a bit about their writing process and/or musical journey in a “listening room,” environment. This is a great place for songwriters, aspiring musicians, and music enthusiasts to come together to build community, support local music, and truly HEAR and FEEL the music. “Creating space where stories are shared, voices are heard, and music is felt.”

March will be the ONE YEAR mark of this series, and we just announced the next 5 months. Out of 16 showcases, there will be only 1 repeat so far (AFTER the one year mark.) That’s 63 different songwriters, and more to come! Go community! The simple act of showing up is the fuel that keeps us going. A good motto for all things in life.
