About
Fenix Arts passionately supports and nurtures the diverse artist community in NWA, fostering collaboration and community engagement in the arts. Centering artists in our decisions, we provide opportunities with low commissions and high exposure at our Mount Sequoyah gallery and various regional pop-up shows. Our juried artists contribute expertise in technology, social media, hospitality, construction, curation, and sales, enhancing the success of Fenix Arts. Artists also utilize our studio space for classes, workshops, and exhibitions.
Established in December 2016 as an artist collective, Fenix has grown significantly, organizing eighteen exhibitions and performances addressing social issues like gender identity, cultural identity, the environment, and southern revisionism. In 2020, Fenix transitioned to a 501(c)(3) to deepen its mission of supporting artists and fostering community involvement in the arts.
