ANA December Membership Show and the 6x6 Silent Auction

Rogers, AR – The Artists of Northwest Arkansas (ANA) are holding
their second annual 6×6 Silent Auction on
December 8, 2022, just in time for Christmas gift shopping. Last year’s event
was such a success that we’ve decided to make it a new tradition at ANA. The 6”
x 6” show is a silent auction to raise funds
for art education programs, artists workshops and other programs and events for
both ANA members and the public. We’ve handed out
over 200 FREE  6” x 6” stretched canvases to anyone that wants to
participate. Artists take them home, paint whatever you choose on them, and
then bring them back to the ANA Gallery for the auction. Participating artist
do not have to be a member of ANA and the event is open to the public.

The 6×6 Silent Auction is held in
conjunction with the ANA December Membership Show, artworks hung
throughout the Rogers Experimental House (RXH). The opening reception for the
Membership Show and the 6×6 Silent Auction are held during the Rogers Art on
the Bricks. Last year there were over 180
pieces of art in the membership show and over 120 – 6×6 canvases in the silent
auction. Both events were a great success and we’re excited about what this
year will bring.

Artist Reception and Silent Auction :

The 6×6 Silent Auction is a one night event.
The artwork will be on view for the public on Thursday, Dec. 8^th from
10:00 am – 4:30 pm when the auction begins. There will be heavy hors d’oeuvres,
drinks, live music by William Reyes, and the silent auction as well as
the opening reception for the ANA December Membership Show.

Opening Reception: Dec 8, 2022
Time: 4:30 – 8:00 pm
Where: ANA Gallery at Rogers Experimental House (RXH). All the artworks
will be set up throughout the RXH. The silent auction is set up in the common
room in the RXH.

Public Viewing: Thursday, Dec. 8, 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
Bidding Opens: 4:30 pm
Bidding Closes: 6:30 pm

Starting Bid on the art: $20

Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted.
