Led by BIPOC fundraisers, this will be a group discussion on ways in which we can work to retain and recruit fundraisers arts professionals of color to NW Arkansas, and the fundraising field in general. This discussion may be most relevant for organizations who have the funding capacity to hire fundraising contractors and/or team members.
