Guided Contact Improv Freeform Dance Jam

This dance Jam will open with Contact Improv instruction by Katalina Damato then gently move into an open ended time for freeform movement with a curated playlist by Lela Besom. This is an opportunity to play on the dance floor and explore expand your creative movement range. It is a supportive environment with guidelines to uphold respect, safety, and consent.  Great for folks looking to leave their living room dance floor and meet other movers, for artists looking for new possibilities, and professional dancers wanting to relax and explore. This is a developing community with room for ideas and collaboration!
