Japanese Sweets & Tea

Go on a journey through traditional Japanese culture as a guest to enjoy Japanese sweets and tea. Join Jennifer Huffman in celebrating the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japan from afar. In this class you will make Moldable Japanese Tea Sweets, Shiro-an and Sakura Mochi, to get a taste for the blends you prefer and can order. All materials will be provided by the instructor.
