June Jam Making Workshop with Chef Heather Artripe

Ozark Folkways on Highway 71 in Winslow will host the June Jam Making Workshop with Chef Heather Artripe at 2 pm on June 8th. Participants will learn how to make traditional jam from fresh berries. Bread will be available for “on the spot” tasting. Everyone will take home extra jam in provided half-pint canning jars. We encourage participants to bring an apron.
