MUSIC EXPORT MEMPHIS PRESENTS WITH MAK RO, ARIEL REIGN, TANGELA

Mak Ro is a duo of Filipino-American cousins based out of Memphis, TN – Eric Makapugay (Multi-Instrumentalist/Producer/Songwriter) and Kristoffer Ruaro (Singer/Producer/Songwriter). The duo produce a soulful sound with influences from Pop, R&B, and Rock music, but overall create works that fuse together a variety of genres.

Ariel Reign embodies wholesomeness when she sings. She brings soul and light into any record. She was on a recent season of American Idol getting a standing ovation from the legend Lionel Ritchie. He told Ariel “You’re gonna be successful no matter what path you take in music because you got it! You can’t teach that.”

TANGELA is the glittery finish to a masterfully crafted collage. She glows, sparkles, and shines wherever she is present. Memphis music legends baptized and verified TANGELA at a young age, as she studied under the tutelage of soul music icons at the city’s STAX Academy of Music. The spirit of Memphis – the tension, hustle, grind, grit, and flair – are all evident in the Berklee College of Music graduate’s products.
