Springdale, AR – New York City-based artist Risa Puno, whose art is currently featured at the Famous Hardware building in downtown Springdale, will be returning to Northwest Arkansas for an artist talk and reception. Puno’s art installation Come By is an interactive art exhibition that shares the people who represent Springdale and the Northwest Arkansas community and their stories.
Puno will be joined by Springdale artist Amber Perrodin and Fayetteville artist Reilly Dickens-Hoffman, contributors to Come By, to discuss the power of community and collaboration in the creation of public-facing artworks. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided. Afterward, guests can join the artists at the Famous Hardware building to see the work in person.

The #famoushardware art installations, which began at the beginning of 2021 have featured artists from across the county. The installations are visible from the sidewalk in front of the Famous Hardware building located at 113 West Emma Avenue and are explained on-site in English, and online in Spanish and Marshallese. The installations are a partnership between the Downtown Springdale Alliance and CACHE with funding support from the Tyson Family Foundation.
