Director, Communications

The Communications Director is responsible for articulating the mission and values of CACHE to its varied audiences and current and prospective partners. Recognizing the long-term inequities in the arts sector and the trust required to do our work well within our many communities, this individual must have a clear understanding of CACHE’s full scope of work, and be the lead advocate for the CACHE brand. The candidate will lead systems building and narrative change work for CACHE to support a democratized arts sector and lead the long-term strategy to eectively tell the story of CACHE’s work in the community.

Director, Operations

The Director of Operations is a key part of CACHE’s core leadership team driving strategy, direction, and resource development for this young organization. This position will lead organizational management systems building to support CACHE’s work across the region, managing key relationships, and overseeing CACHE’s finance, accounting, HR, benefits, payroll and legal processes. The Director of Operations will develop and implement operation strategy and oversee the cohesive flow of information between CACHE Executive Director and Board of Directors. This role will work as part of a collaborative team for the first 18-24 months in an “all hands-on deck” capacity as its management capacity grows, likely managing various creative projects, programs, initiatives and team members. This role is a great opportunity for a seasoned team leader with a background in finance, management, accounting, and human resources. This position is full-time and occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Operations Coordinator, 214

The Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative coordinator for activities of CACHE within its physical space at 214 South Main Street in Springdale, AR and will report to the Co-Managers of 214. The Operations Coordinator will be a key member of the team by providing administrative support and work as part of a collaborative team for the first several years in an “all hands-on deck” capacity in a rapidly shifting environment as the organization grows. This position is a great opportunity for an organized person with a strong background in nonprofit administration that wants to grow into the arts and culture space in an organization committed to ongoing professional development for all staff members. This position is full-time. Due to the nature of this position and the frequency of activities at 214, occasional evening and weekend work will be required.

Production Manager, 214

The Production Manager will be responsible for upholding the look, feel and vibe of the day-to-day operations and building needs at 214 in Springdale. Leading the coordination and production of CACHE presented and co-produced events at 214. The Production Manager will oversee all incoming events and production processes, coordinate all production activities and operations while keeping all tasks within production timeframe and budget while monitoring the team and adjusting schedules as needed. In addition, the Production Manager will be responsible for monitoring productivity rates and product standards and identify the need for repair of any damaged equipment.

Production Technician, 214

The AVL technician will set up and operate media equipment for live events while ensuring optimum audience experience. As an AVL technician, they will be responsible for organizing and installing media equipment such as projectors, microphones, video monitors, and sound boards. They may also be required to alter the venue layout to enhance acoustics. To ensure success as an AV technician, they should have advanced knowledge of audio and video equipment, experience with lighting and filming techniques, stage and general rigging, and excellent troubleshooting skills while simultaneously working with a diverse group of incoming event producers at various skill levels. Ultimately, a top-notch AV technician should be able to create superb audio and visual effects to enhance any live experience. The Production Technician will also work alongside the Media Hub rental program to assist with rentals and public events.
