CACHE Bringing NWA’s Arts Sector Together for Social Hour

Social Hour builds upon CACHE’s commitment to promote relationship-building across NWA

 

Springdale, AR — CACHE announces Social Hour, a new program gathering arts administrators—current and aspiring—for an hour-ish of food, drinks, conversation, and community development. Each event will focus on a different part of Northwest Arkansas’ creative workforce.

Since 2019, CACHE has been dedicated to strengthening Northwest Arkansas’s arts and culture industry, providing state-level and national arts data and research, free resources and professional development workshops through the YOLO series, and offering accessible and safe spaces for creatives to develop and exhibit work at The Medium. CACHE is excited to build on this momentum with a commitment to convene the arts community more than ever.

 

"When folks gather around good food and get to know each other better, organic momentum and collaboration is sure to follow. This is what Social Hour is all about, low-stakes, informal opportunities for arts professionals to hang out, meet someone or learn something new, and be inspired,” said Kelsey Howard, Director of Arts Services and Strategic Partnerships.

Social Hour will continue throughout 2024. Winter and early Spring events are below. Each of the following will be held at The Medium, CACHE’s Downtown Springdale creative hub.
