Silas Hunt: A Documentary – Screening & Discussion

"Silas Hunt: A Documentary" is a special screening and discussion event dedicated to civil rights pioneer Silas H. Hunt, the first African American admitted to the University of Arkansas Law School.
Attendees will experience a powerful film tracing Hunt's life from childhood and military service to his significant challenges at the university. Following the documentary, assistant producer Brian Petty will lead an insightful discussion, offering a deeper understanding of Hunt's profound impact. This program, held at the Fayetteville Public Library's Walker Community Room, is open to all abilities.
