Participants in the 7th Annual Siloam Springs Plein Air may submit one ready-to-hang plein air painting for judging at Olive & Opal, 300 E. Main Street in Siloam Springs. Judging begins at 11:30 AM. The painting period runs September 28 through October 3, and registration and applicable fees are due before submission for artists entering the show and awards.
