In partnership with Mid-America Arts Alliance in Kansas City, CACHE is co-hosting this first of its kind in NWA professional development program for small to midsize arts and culture organizations. Using a combination of peer learning, coaching / mentorship and workshops, the program is designed for a cohort of 10 organizations and focused on diversity, equity and inclusion practices, strengthening organizational effectiveness and sustainability and amplifying an arts ecosystem that supports the wider community.

ARD will connect the local field with national learning opportunities, aggregate and share funding and creative opportunities and act as a key connector for the arts and culture community.
In April 2020, The Bridge Fund for small and mid-sized arts and culture nonprofits, supported through a grant from the Walton Family Foundation, provided $500,000 in grants to 24 arts and culture nonprofits across Northwest Arkansas impacted by COVID-19. Grant recipients had a unique opportunity to reimagine their future, rejuvenate their work and rethink their audiences’ needs. Many of the grantee organizations serve the region’s most vulnerable communities, and it’s critical to support them as they stabilize and plan for the future.
