Building on the outstanding success of last year's program, we are thrilled to continue our commitment to supporting local arts through the Artists Creative Fund,” said Annie Koppel Van Hanken, Chief Program Officer for GKFF.  “Through ongoing dialogue and feedback from Tulsa artists, we recognize the need for increased funding options.
