Throughout its 48-year history, Chanticleer has premiered and created some of the best a cappella music in the world. This program brings their most popular songs together to create an evening of familiar hits. Expect to hear arrangements of well-known folk songs and hymns like “Shenandoah” and “I’ll Fly Away,” jazz standards like “Willow Weep for Me” and “Blue Skies,” as well as contemporary arrangements of popular songs, like Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides Now” and Queen’s “Somebody to Love.” Official Walton Arts Center performance.
