In a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a rare, original print of the US Constitution (one of only eleven known in the world) is going on view at Crystal Bridges in We the People: The Radical Notion of Democracy. In this free exhibition, the document is displayed in conversation with works of art by influential historical and contemporary artists that provide diverse American perspectives on the nation’s founding principles.
Original prints of the Declaration of Independence, the proposed Bill of Rights, and the Articles of Confederation can be viewed along with several new acquisitions. Portraits of Native American leaders, including John Mathies’s depiction of Seneca leader Red Jacket, hang beside familiar paintings of revolutionary leaders such as Alexander Hamilton by John Trumbull. Constitutional themes of equality, freedom, and justice are explored in twentieth-century works by Jacob Lawrence and Gordon Parks, among others, while living artists such as Roger Shimomura, Luis C. Garza, and Shelley Niro address past and present struggles for equality.
We welcome all to witness history and consider our present moment through the power of art with this unique exhibition.
Timed Tickets: Admission to this exhibition is free, however due to its anticipated popularity, reservations for a timed ticket are required.
We the People: The Radical Notion of Democracy is sponsored by Kenneth C. Griffin.

What do you get when you bring together 8 different artists, each a master of their own practice, and let their visions combine in a night of never-before-seen performances?
COLLISION—and it is spectacular.
ABOUT COLLISION: WHEN VISIONS COMBINE
An exploration of process, exchange, and play, this collaborative performance experience invites eight local artists to create and perform together for one night only. Presented in collaboration between the Momentary and CACHE, artists have been paired together based on their individual practices and interests, as well as how they might complement or challenge one another. The outcome? Together, the artists’ practices merge into a 15-minute set, to be performed three times over the course of the night and across the Momentary.
Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness true artistic collaboration. See you there.
Free, no tickets required.

Event Details
Our mission at Women of OZ is to break down barriers for women in cycling. One of the biggest hurdles is education, so we’re bringing together the top industry leaders and best coaches in the world for Sunset Summit – a weekend of rides, clinics, workshops, and panel discussions to build confidence and community.
We’ve invited 32 of the leading female coaches in the world to Sunset Summit. Pioneers in the sport, these women have been chosen to bring what they do best to Bentonville with the intention of learning more about bikes, each other and ourselves.
Events will open Friday evening with a welcome reception and panel discussion. On Saturday, we will gather on the Momentary Green where participants will experience different coaching styles through two workshops: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. After a full day, we will close the summit with a sunset toast.
We welcome all who identify as a woman as well as women of all backgrounds, lifestyles and skills, to join us. Spanish-speaking coaches and ASL interpreters will be available. If you need additional support, please let us know.
