It all started at an audition for a movie that never saw the light of day, but what shone brightly was Magen King’s natural comedic flair. It was there she made Kevin Hart – yes, that comedy giant Kevin Hart– laugh uproariously. His advice to her was simple yet life-changing: dive into stand-up comedy. Magen took these words to heart, and the rest is history.
Today, Magen King is not just a comedian; she’s a force in the comedy world. An award-winning radio host turned stand-up sensation; her journey has been nothing short of remarkable. She’s shared stages with comedy stars like Drew Lynch, Andrew Dice Clay, Shawn Wayans, and Mark Curry. Her tours have included collaborations with Tim Meadows, Mitch Fatel, and Nick Griffin, showcasing her versatility and appeal.
Magen’s dedication to her craft began in her teens, leading her to hone her skills under the tutelage of esteemed institutions like Upright Citizens Brigade. Her commitment to comedy is also reflected in her role as the director of stand-up at Dallas Comedy Club, where she developed the curriculum for Stand Up Levels 1 through 3. Her expertise is in high demand, with her classes consistently selling out.
Her presence has graced television on the CW and numerous esteemed comedy clubs, including The Hollywood Laugh Factory, Burbank’s Flappers, Addison Improv, and Denver’s Comedy Works. In her hometown of Dallas, she’s a celebrated local headliner, captivating audiences at Addison Improv, Dallas Comedy Club, Slapstixs, Comics Live, The Grove, and The Loony Bin.
Magen’s accolades are a testament to her comedic prowess. She was a finalist in the World Series of Comedy and a finalist for three consecutive years in the Funniest Comic in Texas. Her talent was further recognized when she was voted Best in Fest at the Burbank Comedy Festival in 2021. She recently won Northwest Arkansas’ Favorite Headliner competition.
On stage, Magen transforms the challenges of single parenthood into a wellspring of laughter. She contrasts raising three teenagers in today’s world with her own experiences as a 90’s latchkey kid, offering insightful, relatable, and downright hysterical commentary. Her self-deprecating humor, approachability, and undeniable wit make her performances unforgettable.
Magen King is more than a comedian; she’s a storyteller who finds humor in life’s twists and turns, making every show a memorable experience for her audience

Yeah, That’s the Ticket
Jon Lovitz has been one of the best known comedians for the last thirty five years. He got his start acting in High School plays and developing his skills at the University of California, Irvine where he earned a B.A. in Drama. He also studied acting with Tony Barr at the Film Actors Workshop. At the advice of Tony Barr, Jon decided to concentrate solely on comedy.
He began taking classes with the famous improv comedy group, “The Groundlings” in 1982. One year later, after being accepted into “The Sunday Company”, Jon got his first acting job on the television show “The Paper Chase: the Second Year”. Thinking he was on his way, he promptly quit his job at a clothing store…and became a messenger. The next three years – nothing!!! Then, in September of 1984, he was accepted into the main company at “The Groundlings”.
On March 28, 1985, “The Groundlings” appeared on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” where Jon premiered his character “Tommy Flanagan of Pathological Liars Anonymous”. Following the introduction of this persona, Jon got an agent, and booked a movie, a series, a voice over for a cartoon, and “Saturday Night Live”.
Jon has been working non-stop since. He was nominated for an Emmy his first two years on “Saturday Night Live”. While on SNL, he became known for his characters “Tommy Flanagan of the Pathological Liars Anonymous” (“Yeah, that’s the ticket”), “Master Thespian”, “Hanukkah Harry”, and “the Devil”. He has appeared in numerous films, including “Big”, “A League of Their Own”, “The Wedding Singer”, “High School High”, “Small Time Crooks”, “Rat Race”, “The Producers”, “Eight Crazy Nights”, “The Benchwarmers”, and “Grown Ups 2”, among many others. He has also worked with acclaimed directors such as Penny Marshall, Rob Reiner, Jerry Zucker, and Woody Allen.
Along with his comedy, Jon is well known for his distinctive voice. He was the lead voice for the character “Jay Sherman” in the acclaimed cult cartoon series, “The Critic”. He has also appeared in twelve episodes of “The Simpsons”, even creating the character of Marge Simpson’s boyfriend, “Artie Ziff” (who sounds suspiciously like Jay Sherman).
Jon has also appeared on Broadway at the Music Box Theatre in Neil Simon’s play “The Dinner Party”, taking over the lead role from Henry Winkler. He has sung (yes, he can sing!) at Carnegie Hall three times (including “Great Performances: Ira Gershwin at 100: A Celebration at Carnegie Hall) and sung the National Anthem at Dodger Stadium and the U.S. Open. He also sang with English rock star, Robbie Williams at the Royal Alpert Hall and appears on his album, “Swing While You’re Winning!”
Jon has also had an illustrious television career. He was the first famous guest star on the hit show “Friends”. In the same week, he appeared on an episode of Seinfeld. Jon also had a recurring roles on “Hot in Cleveland”, “Las Vegas”, “Two and a Half Men”, “Hawaii Five-O”, and “New Girl”.
For the last ten years Jon has pursued a career as a stand-up comedian. He is one of the few performers to start as an actor and then become a stand-up comedian who successfully headlines nightclubs, theaters, and casinos across the country.

Event Details
Dan Whitehurst is a veteran stand-up comic and writer based out of Nashville Tennessee. Dan did his first Open Mic in 1998 and developed a routine of bizarre one liners which he used to win the WKDF Talent search at Zanies in Nashville by 1999.
Born in Knoxville Tennessee, little Danny Whitehurst always had a knack for finding humor in unusual situations. After flunking out of college at U.T. Martin and sweating profusely in a cast iron Factory, Dan sought easier employment in the Military and as a correctional officer for the Tennessee Department Of Corrections and finally as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police Department in Nashville Tennessee.
In 2001 Dan was voted the “World’s Funniest Cop” by the Association Of Law Enforcement Training in Orlando Florida and runner up in 2003’s contest held in Los Angeles and hosted by Jay Leno. As an Armed Robbery Detective, he was also named Investigator Of The Year in 2002 for the City Of Nashville.
By 2007, the police career ended and comedy became a full time endeavor. Opening for a who’s who of comedians at his home club, Zanies in Nashville, Dan watched and learned as his act evolved from one liners to relying on actual stories from his diverse employment background and now headlines in comedy clubs across the United States.

Following his groundbreaking win on NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2006, Josh Blue has risen through the ranks to become a well-established headliner at venues throughout the world. In 2018, Josh crushed his set on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In the same year, he was honored with a performance at the William H. Macy Gala at the prestigious Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada. He wrapped up 2018 by recording his fifth hour special at his home club, Comedy Works in Denver, CO. Josh does over 200 shows a year, continuing to spread laughter and break down stereotypes of people with disabilities. His stand-up routine is in a constant state of evolution and his off-the-cuff improvisational skills guarantee that no two shows are alike.
Critics have said Josh is not a cerebral palsy comic; he’s a comic who happens to have cerebral palsy. However, his closest friends describe him as “a d-bag.”
Josh made his television debut on Comedy Central’s Mind of Mencia. His story has been featured on Fox, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, and CNN. He was the first comedian to perform stand-up on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, was named Best Winning Reality Show Guest on Live with Regis and Kelly, and made standout appearances on Comics Unleashed. He has appeared twice on Ron White’s Comedy Salute to the Troops on CMT and made his late night television debut on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He became the first comic to premiere a stand-up special on the big screen when 7 More Days in the Tank was shown in movie theaters across the country. It also aired on Bravo Network. Josh starred in Comedy Central Presents: Josh Blue in 2011. His third one-hour special Sticky Change aired on Showtime and Netflix. In 2016, Josh released his fourth one-hour special, DELETE on HULU and Amazon. Josh dropped a music CD Josh Blue and the Hooligan Stew Review with some original songs. It has been described as “Tom Waits meets the Muppets.”
Josh is a repeat guest on such nationally syndicated radio programs as NPR’s Talk of the Nation, The Mancow Show, and numerous podcasts including Getting Doug with High, and WTF with Mark Maron. He has been featured in numerous print publications including People Magazine and The New York Times. Josh is all over social media with over 1 million views on his YouTube clips and almost one million followers on Facebook.
Josh represented the United States in 8 countries as a member of the US Paralympic Soccer Team. Josh and his team were thoroughly disgraced in the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens, Greece by not scoring a single goal. He is a single father living in Denver, CO with his son, Simon and his daughter, Seika. He also boasts a girlfriend.

Andy Hendrickson is a comedian, writer and actor that built his career in New York City. He now resides in Los Angeles. He has a clever, conversational style that has been engaging audiences for over 15 years. His material is based on real life experiences and his anecdotes are laced with a hearty disapproval. He doesn’t really know what that means either.
Andy has a matter-of-fact sense of humor and specializes in highlighting life’s silly details. One reviewer said it best, “He’s the exasperated guy next door.” But hey, don’t take my word for it, I’m just a broke college student that Andy paid $5, on a freelancer website, to make this thing sound good. Instead, watch one of his many clips from his TV appearances.
He’s had multiple TV appearances including: The Late Show with David Letterman, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Gotham Comedy Live, NBC/Seeso’s The Guest List and more. Internationally, Andy has performed at clubs and festivals throughout the world, including Canada, England, Holland and Ireland. He also performed for our troops on Outback’s Feeding Freedom Tour that provided entertainment for the troops on military bases across Afghanistan. His comedy CD “Underachiever” recently released to rave reviews and debuted in the iTunes Top 10.

Rob Schneider is an accomplished actor, comedian, screenwriter and director. A stand-up comic and veteran of the award-winning NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, Schneider has gone on to a successful career in films, television and continues his word-wide standup tour.
Schneider’s first Netflix comedy special, “Asian Momma, Mexican Kids,” premiered globally on August 11, 2020. Filmed in February, the special gives viewers a look at Schneider’s family and personal life through hilarious anecdotes. The special ends with a surprise duet performance with Schneider’s daughter Elle King.
Born in San Francisco, Schneider’s family is of Filipino and Caucasian descent. His father was Jewish and his mother Catholic. His mixed background has been a common theme in his comedy acts. Schneider started his stand-up career in high school opening for the popular San Francisco band “Head On,” and was a regular guest on local radio. An opening slot for Dennis Miller garnered him an appearance on the HBO’s “13th Annual Young Comedians” special also hosted by Miller. The special led him to a coveted position as a writer for SNL in 1988. Schneider swiftly moved from a writer and featured player to a full cast member with a cast that included Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, David Spade and the late Chris Farley.
After leaving SNL in 1994 Schneider went to roles in film and television including a starring role in the NBC sitcom “Men Behaving Badly,” and starring roles in the feature films DEUCE BIGALOW: MALE GIGOLO, THE ANIMAL, THE HOT CHICK, DEUCE BIGALOW: EUROPEAN GIGALOW and THE BENCHWARMERS. DEUCE BIGALOW: MALE GIGOLO has the distinction of being the second highest grossing DVD in the US in 2000.
Schneider’s early film roles also include JUDGE DREDD, DEMOLITION MAN, BEVERLY HILLS HILLBILLIES and DOWN PERISCOPE. He also co-starred in numerous comedies that were some of the biggest films in the past twenty years, including GROWNUPS, THE WATERBOY, LITTLE NICKY, THE LONGEST YARD, 50 FIRST DATES, I NOW PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK AND LARRY, YOU DON’T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN, and narrated the animated film 8 CRAZY NIGHTS. He also recently appeared in Netflix’s THE WRONG MISSY and the recently released HUBIE HALLOWEEN.
On television Schneider starred in the CBS comedy “Rob,” loosely based on his real life. In 2015 he produced, directed and starred in “Real Rob,” that followed his life and co-starred his real-life wife Patricia and daughter Miranda for Netflix. “Real Rob” was a milestone for the comedian as he starred, directed, produced and financed the entire season.
Schneider’s directorial debut was the comedy BIG STAN, in which he also starred in the title role. In 2010 he released his first comedy album, “Registered Offender,” a collection of audio sketches and songs. That year Schneider also revived his stand-up career with an international tour and has continued to tour nationally and internationally ever since.
Most recently, Schneider launched his first ever podcast “See What Happens,” available on streaming platforms. Hosted by Schneider and his wife Patricia Maya Schneider, the weekly show features occasional guests-from the duo’s Hollywood friend to their gardener while dissecting show business, their contrasting parenting methods, jokes, good food, philosophy and more. New episodes begin airing in August.
The three-time Emmy nominated writer for SNL is having the best time of his life, enjoying raising his 7 and 3 year old girls, Miranda and Madeline, with his wife Patricia. Schneider is also the father of singer/ songwriter Elle King.

A veteran of Chicago’s Second City comedy troupe, Michigan native Tim Meadows joined the cast of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” as a featured player in February 1991, earned regular star status in September of 1993 and stayed with the series through the beginnings of its 2000-2001 season, standing alongside such notables as the late Phil Hartman as one of the longest-running and most versatile regulars on the sketch comedy series. While on “SNL,” Meadows impressed with humorous and accurate impersonations of celebrities including Michael Jackson, Joey Buttafuoco, Ike Turner, O.J. Simpson and General Colin Powell as well as memorable original characters Lionel Osborne, host of the mock public interest TV program “Perspectives,” “Quiet Storm” radio DJ Chris ‘Champagne’ Garnet and his most popular portrayal, The Ladies’ Man Leon Phelps, the Courvoisier-drinking romantic advisor with an odd take on relationships and an even odder way of speaking. Meadows had a magnetic presence and turned in dependably solid performances on the demanding series, losing his professional poker face only occasionally to let out a laugh at times when dealing with the amplified antics of fellow Second City alumnus Chris Farley, whose discovery by Lorne Michaels paved the way for Meadows’ place on the show. Several years after appearing in a string of films based on “Saturday Night Live” sketches including “Coneheads” and “Wayne’s World 2” (both 1993), Meadows was offered his own chance at features, and the 2000 release “The Ladies’ Man” gave the eponymous hero Leon Phelps the opportunity to bring his inane romantic advice to the big screen. That same year he left “SNL” to join NBC’s primetime line-up as a regular cast member on “The Michael Richards Show.” Here Meadows played a private detective trying to overcome his Peeping Tom tendencies, one of the workmates of P.I. Vic Nardozza (Richards). Meadows’ additional credits included a 1996 stint at the Kennedy Center as a featured performer in the Second City production “Truth, Justice, and the American Way.” He also lent his voice to the animated holiday special “Olive, the Other Reindeer” (Fox, 1999). Supporting roles in the Tina Fey-penned “Mean Girls” (2004) and the biopic parody “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story” (2007) were followed by a “Saturday Night Live” reunion of sorts on Adam Sandler’s hit “Grown-Ups” (2010) and its 2013 sequel. Meadows next appeared in Amy Schumer’s romantic comedy “Trainwreck” (2015) and The Lonely Island’s “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping” (2016). During this period, Meadows also tackled a recurring role as Mike the Mailman on animated hit “Bob’s Burgers” (Fox 2012- ) and appeared in the Casey Wilson comedy “Marry Me” (NBC 2014-15). He next co-starred in the partially-animated sitcom “Son of Zorn” (Fox 2016- ).

Sharing the stage with well-known comedians such as Bert Kreischer, Mark Normand, and Taylor Tomlinson – who called him “the funniest, most prolific comic alive” – only raised his game. Kaszas has must-see comedy specials on YouTube, “Modern Male” (3.2 million views), and his most recent special “White Lies,” both filmed at the Grand Comedy Club in Escondido, CA. His ability to take relatable experiences and turn them into hilarious stories has earned him both critical acclaim and a loyal following.
