NWA Ballet Theatre presents: Dracula. Here. Now.

Ticket purchasers will experience an action-and-emotion-packed artistic combination of plot elements extracted from Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel along with more current dramatic elements extrapolated from both stage and screen in an edge-of-your-seat ballet filled with expressive excellence from ballet, film, voice, and physical theater. Artistic Director, Stephen Wynne says, “After reading Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel, Dracula, I was extremely motivated by the use of his language and the imagery that it evoked in me and I was compelled to consider his literary work as a multimedia production with ballet at its base. I asked myself, how can this compelling language and the depths of its nuances be successfully translated into an unforgettable visual production. I believe this show is the answer and I’m inviting you to come and see how unique it is.”
