Join us as we mark the occasion of the new year by creating wonder and openness in our bodies and minds.

This two hour workshop is a collaboration between Kayce Brott, a local instructor certified to teach yoga, Pilates and barre, and Julia Paganelli Marin, a poet and the creator of Bee Balm, a community writing practice in NWA.
Kayce Brott approaches movement and teaching with curiosity, humor, and empathy. She firmly believes in health at every size, and she strives to help her students cultivate a compassionate relationship with their bodies.
Julia Paganelli Marin helps writers of all levels connect their inner lives to the world around them through community writing practices that center kindness and attention.
